FAQ

Q1:I am a master-graduate/undergraduate. Do I need to register? 
        Also, how to register if my family members want to attend the ceremony?

    A:Both master-graduates and undergraduates need to register online.
         Guests who wish to attend the graduation ceremony should have the graduate assist with registering in the system. (Limit of 2 invitees per student)
         If the maximum seating capacity at the main venue is exceeded, a random draw based on the proportion of students from each college will be
         conducted after registration closes.

Q2:I am a doctoral graduate. Do I need to register?
         Also, how to register if my family members want to attend the ceremony?
   A:Doctoral graduates who are not eligible to register through this system, please contact   the Division of Registration.

Q3:I am a master-graduate/undergraduate, but what should I do if I can't log in to the registration system?   
    A:Please contact the Office of Academic Affairs (Ms. Wu / htwu@mx.nthu.edu.tw) if you can't log in to the registration system.

Q4: I am the representative of master-graduate / undergraduate. Do I need to register?
        Also, how to register if my family members want to attend the ceremony?
    A:The representative of master-graduate / undergraduate also needs to register.
          Guests who wish to attend the graduation ceremony should have the graduate assist with registering in the system.
         (Limit of 2 invitees per student)
   
Q5:I am informed that I obtain Dr. Mei Yi-Chi Memorial Prize after the registration, do I need to do any modifications or inform the Office of Academic Affairs?     
    A:No. Division of Student Activities will provide the list for verification.

Q6:May I make modifications after registering?
         When the registration results will be available for inquiry?  
 A:The registration can be modified till May 15th at 11:59 PM.
       The results will be available for inquiry after May 20th.  

Q7:May I still register or make modifications after the deadline?
    A:We are sorry that the registration can not be accepted after the system closes in order to arrange all registration data. It is welcome to attend
          the simultaneous broadcast for the ceremony.   Additionally, there will be a live stream on YouTube.
   
Q8:Where can I find the information regarding the graduation ceremony?     
    A:Please visit the website for inquiries as below:

Q9:If I am unable to attend the graduation ceremony, is it possible to transfer the entry pass to another graduate who did not register successfully?    
    A:We are sorry that the entry pass can not be transferred to others due to the identification information on it.
   
Q10:Does it have simultaneous broadcast or live stream for the ceremony?   
      A:Yes. The Commencement will also be broadcast live at“The International Conference Hall”, the classrooms on the 2nd/3rd floor in the
            Learning Resource Center (MXIC Building), and the classrooms of the General Building IV. (No registration is required.)

Q11:Is it allowed to drive into the campus on Jun. 15th?
      A:Yes. There is no charge for driving in and out of the campus on that day. Please park at designated parking spaces on campus.
