Q1:I am a graduating undergraduate/master’s student. Will I be automatically registered for the graduation ceremony? Also, if my family wishes to attend in the main venue, how can they apply for it?
A: Undergraduates/master’s have to register from the website if they wish to participate in the main venue so that seats can be arranged.
Seats will be reserved for graduates first. Parents are invited to attend the ceremony at the designated live broadcast venue or to view the livestream remotely.
Q2:I am a graduating doctoral student. Will I be automatically registered for the graduation ceremony? Also, if my family wishes to attend in the main venue, how can they apply for it?
A: Doctoral graduates will be notified separately by the Division of Registration. (Ms. Huang / hsiaohan.huang@mx.nthu.edu.tw)
Seats will be reserved for graduates first. After the registration process for graduates is completed, an announcement will be made in late April regarding any available seating for parents of PhD students. If seating reaches capacity, parents are invited to attend the ceremony at the designated live broadcast venue or to view the livestream remotely.
Q3: I'm a master's/undergraduate student attempting to register for graduation, but I'm unable to log in to the registration system. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
A: Please contact the Office of Academic Affairs (Ms. Wu / htwu@mx.nthu.edu.tw) if you can't log in to the registration system.
Q4: After completing my registration as a master's/undergraduate student, will I be able to make modifications to my information? Also, when will the admission passes be available for download?
A: Registration modifications will be accepted until April 13 at 11:59 PM. Admission passes will be available for download after April 27.
Q5: I am the representative for master's/undergraduate students. Do I need to register?
A: The representative of master-graduate / undergraduate also needs to register.
Q6:I am informed that I obtained the Dr. Mei Yi-Chi Memorial Prize after registration, do I need to make any modifications or inform the Office of Academic Affairs?
A:No, Division of Student Activities will provide the list for verification.
Q7:What can I do if I cannot log in to the registration system? (e.g. I’m abroad)
A: Please avoid using VPNs or other circumvention software as much as possible. If you can't log in to the registration system, please contact the Office of Academic Affairs (Ms. Wu / htwu@mx.nthu.edu.tw)
