Following the announcement made on May 22nd, 2024, the Office of Academic Affairs has issued updated instructions. Graduates who have registered to participate in the commencement ceremony can now log into the system at https://graduation.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ to download their entrance pass. 

The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM, and the gymnasium will be open from 8:50 AM. Graduates are requested to enter the gymnasium before 9:40 AM and must wear their graduation gowns. Registered graduates should present their admission pass and be seated in the designated graduate seating area on the second floor (main venue floor). For unregistered graduates, approximately 90 seats on the second-floor grandstand will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Starting from 8:50 AM, entry will be guided by the on-site staffs until the seats are filled.

During the ceremony, diploma presentation for each department will involve one representative going on stage to receive the tassel turning and diploma (other graduates will remain in their seats). The briefing and rehearsal for the representatives will be separately notified by the Office of Student Affairs.

Originally registered and selected parents should enter between 8:50 AM and 9:40 AM with their admission pass (downloaded by the graduates from the registration system). Due to the space limitations of the gymnasium, the table tennis hall has been added as an additional live broadcast venue. Additionally, several other venues on campus (listed in the dedicated website for commencement) will also provide live broadcast locations for parents who are unable to enter the gymnasium.
