2025 NTHU Commencement Attendance Guidelines
Dear graduates,
Details regarding admission arrangements for the May 25, 2025 commencement at the Main Campus Gymnasium are as follows:
1. The Office of Academic Affairs has completed the seating arrangement based on the registration status of the graduates. Graduates who have registered to participate in the commencement can now log into the system at https://graduation.ccxp.nthu.edu.tw/ to download their admission pass.
2. The ceremony will start at 10:00 AM, and the gymnasium will be open from 8:50 AM. Graduates are requested to enter the gymnasium before 9:45 AM and must wear their graduation gowns. The seating chart is expected to be announced on the graduation ceremony website 1 to 2 days before the event.
3. During the ceremony, diploma presentation for each department will involve one representative going on stage to receive the tassel turning and diploma (other graduates will remain in their seats). The briefing and rehearsal for the representatives will be separately notified by the Office of Student Affairs.
4. To ensure a dignified ceremony that respects all participants, graduates must remain present throughout the entire event. Entry and exit will be carefully managed, and graduates are asked to stay in their assigned seats for the duration of the ceremony. Once the ceremony concludes and faculty members have departed, graduates should remain seated while staff distribute graduation certificate folder exchange vouchers to each graduate.
5. Professional photographers will be on site during the ceremony. Photos will be uploaded to the official commencement webpage after the event, and graduates can download them freely.
