1. Registration (including modifications) period: From March 23 to April 13, 2026.
2. For Bachelor's and Master's graduates, only ONE certificate representative per department, graduate school, or class will go on stage.  Ph.D. graduates should register with the Division of Registration.
3. Graduates must wear their academic gowns during the ceremony.
4. To ensure a dignified ceremony that respects all participants, graduates must remain present throughout the entire event.  Entry and exit will be carefully managed, and graduates are asked to stay in their assigned seats for the duration of the ceremony.  Once the ceremony concludes and faculty members have departed, graduates should remain seated while staff distribute graduation certificate folder exchange vouchers to each graduate.
5. Seats will be reserved for graduates first.  After the registration process for graduates is completed, an announcement will be made in late April regarding any available seating for parents of PhD students.  If seating reaches capacity, parents are invited to attend the ceremony at the designated live broadcast venue.
6. Regarding the designated live broadcast venues mentioned above, the commencement ceremony will be streamed at multiple locations, including the International Conference Hall and classrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the MXIC Building (Main Campus Library), classrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors of General Building IV, and classrooms in the College of Education. No registration is required to attend the live broadcast.
